| No, we do not provide any PDUs. Our sole mission is to educate prospective PMP examinees by providing them high quality questions and sample tests modeled on the real PMP exam. We believe that the best way of passing the PMP exam is to read the PMBOK Guide at least three times, and then undertake as many practice exams as possible. |

| Creating an account with us consists of two steps. First, you need to register with us with necessary information like your name, email address and password. Once you register, we will send an email to your registered email address. The email will contain an activation link. You need to click this activation link (or copy-paste the link in browser) to access the account activation page, where you enter your registered password to activate your account. Once you activate your account, you can start accessing our free sample tests or purchase any products suitable to your needs. |

| First of all, you cannot use our website if you do not register AND activate your account. If you misplaced the email that contained the information for activation, you can access the reactivation page and request for resending the activation email. |

Once you have purchased a product, it will automatically be reflected in your account, which could be accessed by clicking the My Account link. Once you navigate to your account, you can see a list of products. In order to start using a particular product, click the Start Using link displayed besides each product. |

| Go to My Account. Click the Start Using link displayed besides the product that contained your test. On the next page, select the test that you want to resume, and click the Resume button. On the next page, you will be shown a list of tests that were left incomplete, either accidentally or purposefully. Select the test you want to resume, and click the Resume button. The test will start exactly at the same point where you left it earlier! |

| 12. I want to check the score of a test that I took a month ago. How can I do it? |
| Go to My Account. Click the Start Using link displayed besides the product that contained your test. On the next page, select the test for which you want to check the score, and click the View button. On the next page, you will be shown a list of tests that you had finished in the past. Select the test you want to view the results for, and click the View button. The subsequent page will display your overall report card, and will also show option to see the detailed score. |

| You can extend the validity for any product you purchase. However, in order to extend the validity, you need to first BUY the product, and then that product need to get expired. Note that validity period could be extended only for expired products. |

| First of all, validity period could be extended only for expired products. In My Account page, you can see the status of the product as expired. In order to extend the validity, click the Renew link. On the next page, you can see several options for extending validity. Select the option that best suits you, and click Renew. The newly renewed product would automatically be reflected in your account. |
